Feedback

We are always pleased to hear from any of the users of our website, members or consumers alike. We are particularly keen to receive feedback on usability, ideas for new guides or simply your comments on members listings. We like to hear the good, the bad and even the ugly of your impressions of the indie-guides concept. In order to try and make our responses as speedy and as relevant as possible, please direct your comments to the appropriate department;

Members help - Any queries relating to your membership or listings, ideas to improve what we do, general suggestions.

Users feedback - All comments graciously received! We would particularly like to hear from you if you have reports on some of the independent businesses featured in our guides, or perhaps you have received excellent service from a company that is not currently featured and would like us to contact them.

Finance/admin - Any issues to do with membership fees/promotions etc.

Webmaster - comments regarding the design features, layout, usability etc of the indie-guides website. Even if you have found a broken link or bit that is not working!
